“As a parent and career educator myself, I understand the importance of a safe, nurturing and FUN environment for your children. I take great pride in my responsibility to provide your children with a summer camp experience where they can explore and grow.
I have been a secondary education teacher and coach for 14 years, as well as the Assistant Director and Director of Perkiomen Pines for 8 of those years. Teaching and creating experiences for kids is not just my summer role, it is my full time job. I am lucky that I have a profession, during the school year AND in the summer, where I can create programs that positively impact kids.
In the summer, I view this as the perfect opportunity for kids to get out with their peers, play, learn and be the most important thing–kids. I believe giving kids the chance to get out, explore, and truly connect with their surroundings is a paramount experience. Perkiomen Pines allows kids to break down the walls of technology and really engage with new ideas and experiences. I am fortunate I have a job where I get to see that happen.
I live locally with my wife Katie, son Houldin and adopted dog Madson. I pride myself in bringing the best experience for all kids and Perkiomen Pines families & I strive to make this a “second summer home” for your child.
Thank you again for visiting our website and considering Perkiomen Pines Day Camp. I hope that you will join our camp family and look forward to returning your campers each day happy, tired, dirty and safe!”
